As the battle over 5th Amendment rights plays out in court and a Grand Jury hears testimony from at least some of the alleged Bridgegate participants, there is one lawsuit that has been all but forgotten.

 

In January, a group of car service companies filed suit against the state, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and various employees of both, alleging damages based on the traffic nightmare created in Fort Lee during the second week of September.
