On September 18, NJCJI will play host to “one of the most influential thinkers in legal academia,” NYU Prof. Richard Epstein. Epstein is known for his research and writings on a broad range of constitutional, economic, historical, and philosophical subjects, and he literally wrote the textbook on torts.

Starting at the 37:37 mark you can hear some of Epstein’s past remarks about lawyers and government and the rule of law.

In addition to Epstein’s keynote address during lunch, the event will include breakfast and two panel discussions, each on a specific legal challenge New Jersey is facing.
