A new TV show focused on the legal world is debuting in New Jersey, and one of its first guests is NJCJI President Marcus Rayner. Rayner appeared on Pro Se Nation alongside Andy Dwyer of the Dwyer Law Firm to discuss the recent New Jersey Supreme Court decision Lippman v. Ethicon.

In Lippman, the court ruled that the state’s whistleblower law, the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), covers so-called “watchdog employees” whose job it is to bring forward compliance issues and other concerns. During his appearance on Pro Se Nation, Rayner explained what implications this has for businesses that employ watchdog employees.

The episode where Rayner is a guest is available online. It will air on Princeton TV (channel 30) and FiOS (Channel 45) on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 12 a.m. and Thursday, Oct. 8, at 7:30 p.m.
