Twice a year, the Institute’s members and supporters gather for a luncheon featuring remarks from prominent New Jersey elected officials and nationally known policy experts. Attendees also get an update on all of the organization’s reform efforts.

The New Jersey Civil Justice Institute is hosting a panel discussion on FDA Preemption featuring former Solicitor General Paul Clement of Bancroft PLLC and Gerald Masoudi of Covington & Burling LLP, the former chief counsel of the FDA.
